OpenNetAdmin

OpenNetAdmin aims to "quickly and accurately manage your network". This sounds great! If I understand correctly, it helps network administrators keep track of the IP addresses and services upon them.

Took me awhile to find it, but the README states that the software is licensed under the GPLv2.
