Nanoserv

I've just tried using nanoserv as a quick and dirty way to start Nexista applications. So far, it hasn't worked. It appears that it does not (yet) take care of creating the environment needed for Nexista - like parsing the query string and so on.

Not to fret - I just tried and succeeded in getting Nanoweb to run PBooks!
