My desired debian packages

Unfortunately, not every bit of software out there has been packaged for use with debian. There are a few common reasons:
- Software too buggy
- License conflict
An example of a license conflict is the PHP Readline extension. Readline is GPL, PHP is not. There is a different program called editline which is licensed under the BSD License, and that's why I'd like to see a php5-editline package for debian.
