Debian Ports
From Docunext Technology Wiki
As they say, Debian is an operating system plus a whole lot more, and can thus run on many different kernels.
It runs primarily on the Linux kernel, but I'm also using it on the FreeBSD kernel, thanks to the Debian GNU/kFreeBSD port.
Debian Released Architecture Ports
- Debian i386
- Debian amd64
- Debian arm
- Debian powerpc
- Many more...
Debian Kernel Ports
- Debian GNU/Hurd - Hurd still has a ways to go
- Debian GNU/kNetBSD - looks like this one has stalled
- Debian GNU/kFreeBSD - this one works pretty well!!
Unofficial, Non-Existent Ports
- Debian GNU/Minix - this would be very cool, but doesn't seem to be gathering any support
- Debian GNU/Solaris - this is sort of like Nexenta, but I'd like to see more of a GNU userland than Nexenta offers
