GTK Print Dialog / Iceweasel Crash?

Anyone else getting this? It happened to me once before when I was trying some gtk libs from sid, so I back-graded to lenny and it worked again.

It happens with all print dialog boxes, but with Iceweasel its instantaneous. I had previously tried to diagnose this but strace revealed little and I didn’t know what else to try…

Hmm, looks like Iceweasel is randomly crashing too. I just recently upgraded it, so there must be something funky going on. Seems to be related to my openvz kernel??? (The random crashes, not the print dialog crashes.)

UPDATE: For some unknown reason - the crash is no longer happening. :-)

Samsung ML-1740 Driver

I had trouble tracking down the driver for this printer. I’m not sure if this model was discontinued or what, but we had a hard time connecting it to the network and are still unable to do so, even with the driver, which I finally found here. This download is strictly for Win 98/ME/2K/XP OS

I was hoping the D-Link DP-301 would work out of the box, but you have to set it up :

Still I can’t this thing to work. Having already spent 30 minutes trying, I’m giving up and will buy a different one. D-Link is really starting to disappoint me. Their products don’t seem to work very well.
