I'm trying valiantly to update Altered Beast (forums) for Rails 3!
sudo gem install -v=2.3.3 rails ./script/plugin install git://github.com/rails/rails_upgrade.git
Then running rake rails:upgrade:check produces some serious concerns:
Updated syntax for before_validation_on_* methods
before_validation_on_* methods have been changed to before_validation(:on => :create/:update) { ... }

I also found modern_savage_beast - it had no license so I emailed the author - he chose the MIT license! Yay!
