Mentioned in the last post about Bespin, the PUT and DELETE methods actually do work with the DAV modules for Apache and Nginx!
This is a wonderful thing, as it makes for a super easy DAV client, and thus opens the door for many cool things, including, but not limited to content management systems (CMS) and file system based triggers - all without CGI or FastCGI.
