AOLServer tcl xml

Not much in the limelight these days, AOLServer is still a high quality server. It was one of the first web servers I started working with years ago. At the time, I was using RedHat, and twiddled a little tcl, but never really got anywhere.

I'm still unfamiliar with tcl, but I'd like to get to know it better. I've been exploring other languages like perl and python, and while expanding the horizons of the software my company and I make, I'm able to learn things which make our applications better.

The kicker for me is that there is indeed a tcl/tk library for the libxml2 and libxslt gnome libraries. Yeh!

How can I not give it a try? Today was just a test run, I installed aolserver, configured it, and then activated a tcl module - the server stats, which is actually quite nice:
